BF2Hub for Server Admins

If you are a Server Admin, means you administrate your own Battlefield2 servers, this is the place where you find all necessary information to list your servers in the BF2Hub Network. It essentially just depends on where your servers are hosted.

RANKED or RENTED Battlefield2 Server

If you have your RANKED or unranked servers rented (hosted) by a Provider (also known as "EA TRUSTED PARTNER") you just have to contact your Provider and ask him to setup your current Battlefield2 servers for the BF2Hub Network as described in the Providers section.

DEDICATED Battlefield2 Server

If you are hosting your unranked Battlefield2 servers on your own dedicated server machines, you need to update your settings to list them in the BF2Hub Network. This is essentially an easy task! BF2Hub Ranked License

If you want to host your Battlefield2 servers on your own dedicated server machines in RANKED mode you need to apply for a BF2Hub Ranked License. Such licenses are mainly reserved for Providers (also known as "EA TRUSTED PARTNERS") which means you have to fulfill several dependencies to get a Ranked License.

The goal of BF2Hub is to make Battlefield2 available and playable in the same manner as if GameSpy had never closed, with minimum work for the players, admins and providers. This is a challenging task because of the time factor, the large amount of data to transfer and finally the production and maintenance of the whole BF2Hub Project.
